Notice of 2026 VTCI Annual General Membership Meeting, Board Business Agenda, and Zoom Access
The VTCI Annual General Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at Little America Hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona. The formal Board business portion begins at 10:00 a.m. Arizona time (MST, UTC-7).
VTCI members in good standing may attend in person or observe by Zoom. During Board business, discussion, motions, and voting are limited to Board members. An open member forum for questions and comments will follow immediately.
The Zoom room opens at 9:45 a.m. Arizona time. Registration is required using the name and email address associated with VTCI membership.

Publication note: Section 3.03 calls for the agenda to be published and distributed to the Board at least 30 days before the meeting. That deadline was inadvertently missed. The agenda is being posted and distributed on September 2, 2026, immediately after the omission was identified. The Board will address the delayed notice at the beginning of the meeting.
